I had a disappointing experience with the customer service. I ordered a brown sugar boba online, but received a drink without the boba. When I inquired about it, I was informed that I didn't receive the boba because I didn’t select an add-on. I pointed out that the drink's description clearly stated it came with boba. I'm quite particular when it comes to my boba tea, always on the lookout for authentic spots. That said, this place exceeded my expectations for a boba shop. I dropped by last week while in Dallas and opted for my usual black tea with no sugar. We also picked up a couple of mochi. I appreciated the fun and vibrant decor inside!
