"Where do I begin? When you walk in, you’re immediately treated like family. The atmosphere is so friendly and relaxing that you feel right at home! The service is impeccable! The owner and the staff are incredibly nice and helpful. You can tell they truly care about their customers. Now, the food is unbelievable! I’m Ukrainian, and my husband is American. We both couldn’t have been happier with the food! We ordered A LOT (beef tongue, Russian style herring, borscht, Turkish liver, manti, plov, lamb ribs kebab, buckwheat kasha with mushrooms, and Napoleon). Every dish was so spectacular that we had to come back for dinner the next day! Sadly, we live 4 hours away, but this will be our only go-to restaurant every time we’re in Dallas!"

"First time here. I would 've given this spot a 5 stars for flavor and texture, but the biscuits come with flaked salt on top which makes it a little to salty for me. Hopefully there 's an option for no flaked salt and I didn 't know it?. That 's just a personal opinion, but I 'll definitely be back for the sweets!!"

"This was my second time at Al Biernet's and it was exceptional. The atmosphere and food was awesome. The Prime Ribeye was terrific as were the sides of creamed corn and onion straws. Also, we had Alexander as our waiter and he was great. It was a busy Saturday night and he was covering multiple tables and remained very attentive to our needs. He is great and I highly recommend Al Biernet's."

"First I must say that Abraham is an amazing ownerchef and all around person. As an ex waiter, I have noticed that the team he has assembled is well equipped to give the best service possible without you even knowing it, and I mean that in a good way. From the moment you walk in you feel like you’re being invited into a friends home for dinner, so welcoming and comfortable, if you’re just on your own or a group. Also the wine and food menu has something for everyone..... least not forget the in house made desserts! This is our go to, and apparently the Bush’s as we have seen. If it’s good enough for a president well that says something!You have to try Salum, hands down one of the best restaurants in the city"
