"EDIT 2: The coupon worked, and the pizza was correct. I bumped the review back up to 5 stars for the swift and satisfying customer service and great food. Thank you guys! EDIT: I previously had a negative review posted here following 3 incorrect order mishaps in a row and an inability to reach them to discuss the issue. Very shortly after, the owner responded to this review with an apology and emailed me directly with a coupon for a free pizza. I consider this pretty solid customer service, so I bumped the review back up to 4 stars. Once we're in the mood for pizza again, we're definitely going to give them another try. Their food is consistently tasty, well-cooked, and may be the only pizza place on the planet that actually slices the pizza all the way through. ; I'm happy to give them a full 5-stars if we start getting the orders correct again. The food is definitely deserving of a good rating and I really do appreciate the owner reaching out to help fix the past problems. Fingers crossed that we were just unlucky!"
