I'm from California, but it took me going to Dallas to try Los Angeles pizza. I've never understood why some cities try to replicate the food of other cities. Part of the reason I travel is to try the food that other cities and countries have to offer. If I traveled to Italy and there were a bunch of Chicago-style pizza restaurants...I'd hate that. OMG, LA Gourmet Pizza has the best pizza in the world! I absolutely love their pepperoni and hamburger pizza.
