These people are literally and actually insane.

They had a note on the drive thru speaker saying "they will be closed 12am-6am due to maintenance" well it's 11:40pm and the are not taking orders.

"I love Biggby! Coffee is great and customer service is even better. The only problem I had is while I was sitting in the lobby, enjoy my coffee while the Baristas cleaning the areas and what not around me with tools that don't work like the vacuum and broom and dust pans and it makes it less fun for me to sit and drink my coffee"

"I'll give it a two on the food just because I've had good food here a long time ago. They are slow AF. Told me 20 mins took an hour and fifteen. Third and last time I order from here since they don't know what a clock is. I would have been find with them saying two hours. But at least start the food before it's supposed to be done."

"The pizza has a good taste and texture. It's awesome to have the vegan cheese option to make it more like a normal pizza. The size is like a thin medium, so my gf and I each got our own, and it seems like a fair deal compared to other $8 per person dinners. I'm not aware of any other pizza place in Lansing offering vegan cheese. Assembling and baking the pizza is very fast (five minutes total? but you may have to wait in a long line. Maybe next time I'll try ordering online. Nice variety of indoor and outdoor seating."
