The app and service do not coincide with each other. I've used the app 3 times and still had to wait a minimum 20 minutes for food that's supposed to be ready according to my app alerts. I have to give a 3 just because the food is always a good product.

This restaurant must be really poorly managed. I arrived to place an order and was denied because the lady didn't want to open, even though it was clearly stated that they opened at 6 o'clock and it was already 6:45. This isn't the first, second, or third time this has happened, and I will be reporting this to the company. She just let me sit there, even after I called out to her, and only opened when she felt like it, shaking her head as she did so. This is unprofessional and I will definitely be notifying the company. They seem to open whenever they feel like it, which is completely unacceptable.
