"Rude employees, not handicap friendly on the blimpie side or the cold stone side of the business. . A lot of high schoolers that cannot follow simple instructions on add-in for ice cream.. They seem competent as long as you stay on the normal menu board..."

"If you want a rushed bigoted experience, then this is the place for you. My boyfriend (white) and I (Africa American) have been to this place twice now. The first experience was weird but the food was inexpensive and pretty decent. During that visit the staff hardly interacted with us. We needed to flag down the young lady with the red hair when we were ready to order, needed refills, and wanted the check. She spent a majority of the time with her back to the customers gossiping with the young blond. It was frustrating but not enough to keep my boyfriend from wanting to go back. Two weeks later, we once again learn this place is not for interracial couples. We sat down and watched as the couple that came in after us received menus, drink orders taken, and food order taken before we had even received our menus. By the time it came to order I simply asked if the “Orange drink” listed was soda. At which the young brown blond man replied, “Do you want fanta?” I replied no I was wondering if the drink was soda or juice. To which he then brings me Orange Fanta Soda (Not what I was asking) my boyfriend then takes it and I order tea. After the another group comes in, gets their menus, and drink orders placed, the server once again passes our table and assist the couple who came in after us. My boyfriend flags down another server standing at the desk (an older Asian lady) and asks if we can place our order. Fast forward to us receiving our food. (Still no tea) my boyfriend and i are chewing our first bite of sushi when the Lady comes back and asks us if we need anything. We say we are waiting for our tea, and she leaves. Five minutes, or less, the male comes back asking if we need anything, we inform him we believe the lady went to get our tea, he leaves. Few moments later the lady is back asking if we need anything, I look behind her and the male is at the register glaring at us with a younger brunette girl. My boyfriend reminds her of the tea and without acknowledging him she leaves. Two snaps of the finger later the brunette comes over and asks if we need the check. I look down at my still full plate and say no I just wanted my tea. She leaves and starts talking to the male who starts to come out direction. I ask “is there a problem? You all keep asking me if I need anything after nearly ignoring us for 30 minutes. We got our food less than 10 minutes ago and now we are being offered the check?” The male states he wasn’t sure if we needed anything and as he walks away the Asian lady is back, without the tea, but with the check. We left since we were being such an inconvenience we were not allowed to enjoy our meal or socialize. Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $20–30 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1 Parking options: Free parking lot"

"This starbucks location is not my favorite they take FOREVER to sit in the line, even when there are not many cars in the line. I understand places have been short staffed, but sometimes it gets to a point beyond understanding. After waiting a long time to get to the window, I waited 5 plus minutes for them to hand me my drink after I paid. My drink is a caramel machiatto, so nothing too complicated. Also, usually when they hand me a drink here, it's messy and I have to ask for napkins to clean it up because they didn't volunteer the napkins themselves."
