The Mermaid Bar is one of my favorite restaurants in Neiman Marcus. Our server was Briana and she was the greatest. You just rolled a new menu, so she gave us some suggestions to try. The restaurant wasn't busy, so we sat fast. The restaurant is located on the 1st floor next to the Mens Designer RTW department. It is an open concept with a lot of seating. The food was fine, but the setting on the servers was just terrible. Getting water was a nightmare, they seem to be more interested in wrinkles than attention to customers.
