What Faraz doesn't like about Uchiba Dallas:
Hot rock: Wagyu beef did not have proper marbling! Pork belly yakitori: It was cold and was not crispy on outside! Hama chili: Yellowtail was not fresh, it taste fishy! But the sauce was good. Madai crudo: Fish was fresh and its combination with pear wasgood! Soft and Crunchy at the same time. Zero sen roll, Spicy crunchy tuna roll, and Snow crab maki: Seaweeds were chewy! My man and I went to dinner for the first time last night and we were both blown away from all the aromen in every single plate we ordered. my crooks were the happiest they were in a very long time! I don't know how to make this kind of culinary magic, but I can't wait to go back! the fried milk dessert was an amazing way to finish our dinner.
The best SUSHI-HANDS-DOWN. I went to this place several times and have not been disappointed yet. make sure they make their reservations good in advance.
Unbelievably delicious, with flawless service. we were celebrating our elopement, and opted to have our server choose our courses for us; her gentle questions helped guide our way through a dizzying, wonderful tasting of courses to make this meal unforgettable. I have a sesame allergy and they worked around this neatly. Try the schezuan margarita, the scallops, and the fried milk!
Outstanding food, superior customer service, our own sushi chef taking our orders, so damn yummy.
Laid back upstairs from Uchi. Overall ver good, but server didn't check in often enough. Also didn't have duck for the night ran out of sea bass.Highly suggest going for happy hour
