What Danny D likes about Big D Pizza:
Hands down best Detroit Style pie in the metroplex. Perfectly cooked. These pies are wet, chewy, crispy and freaking delicious. Detroit-style pizza is a rectangular pizza with a thick crust that is crispy and chewy. It is traditionally topped with tomato sauce and Wisconsin brick cheese that goes all the way to the edges. What trina d doesn't like about Big D Pizza:
We ordered a small deep dish and a medium hand tossed. The deep dish had pools of oil on top. The hand-tossed did not taste completely done (dough seemed undercooked) After eating one slice of these, we felt sick and threw the rest of it away. Will not be back. . View all feedback.
