Decent, but pricey. Good quality burger stand. Not the best, but certainly not the worst. My wife and I went there a little after the lunch rush and were greeted politely and our order was taken correctly. Great staff stayed busy on the place. Been coming here for 20 years and I LOVE the food here!! The place has a very vintage-y vibe, the staff is always friendly. Never takes long to get our food. You cannot go wrong with anything on the menu. The chicken for the chicken sandwiches is so tender and juicy! If you want a good, big, old-fashioned hamburger ?, this is the place to go to. This is my go-to spot for their sweet potato fries ?. You will definitely get your money worth here.
Cold Fries Burger was Good but Cold Fries not Acceptable. The Fries were So crispy and small bits , It looks like I got the bottom of the tray Lol. Not Funny! After reading the reviews it seems like Kendra responds with. I apologize for your experience and it doesn’t come up to Jake’s famous standards. In every response. I even noticed before I ordered my burger and cold fries that the waiter and bartender was apologizing for something that went wrong. In my experience as a manager and customer service, training is the key and everything should be seamless and consistent between all Locations. No need to apologize for bad reviews just improve your Staff both Kitchen and Service Success to you
Great gome town burger joint. Everything was good, Chicken sandwhich was big, Ham Cheese was quite good too. We also had mozzarella sticks to round it off. We enjoyed everything, we'll be back! About $13 bucks each person. Wheelchair accessibility: Entry is ground level, ramp to order area.
