Best customer service. Long story short the espresso machine was ' 't working and I left my card in the car, so I chose not to receive a refund. The place was in absolute chaos today. Short staffed, but was willing to give benefit of doubt until people who ordered after our small group got their orders first. Cook had no idea how to run kitchen. He spent more time running 1 item at a time tothe front counter. After several attempts to get status, most everyone got their order except me.
