I work at La Madeleine. I am a cook at the back, but I wanted to let you guys know we don’t get none of the tips. you have to let them know that they’re for the cook. Only the cashiers do because there was an argument last year a few months ago and employees were not in agreement so they took the tip privilege from the cooks and only the cashiers get the tips.
