This place is amazing! The food was so delicious. Everything we ordered was perfect. The service was also top notch! Surprised when we drove up because it did not look too fancy from the outside but inside is another world. Brace yourtastebuds! ?????????????? View all feedback.
What Raymond Petty doesn't like about Mimi’s Star Cafè:
Corn beef hash a little too done! Coffee does not have flavor. Sitting at an empty table, waiting on a carry-out order, they moved me so the table could be used for 'dine-in ' customers. That table was still empty after I received my meal. View all feedback.

My new favorite breakfast place!! The Spanish Benedict was fantastic- I don?t think I will ever be able to order anything else! The service was the best I have experienced anywhere, Alma took such wonderful care of us even with a full restaurant, she made us feel like we were in her home. Do yourself a favor and try this unassuming little place, it will be worth it!
Breakfast was awesome! During our vacation we went here here everyday for breakfast, and enjoyed every order. Staff is super friendly. Definitely Recommend
Hey everybody wanted to let y?all know about a little breakfast/lunch spot. It?s called Mimi?s Cafe up in both Dallas. It?s at the intersection of Mapleshade and Preston road, just south of 190. The place probably holds about 45 to 50 people, so not alarge place but not tiny either, it?s just right. I went for breakfast around 10:00 a.m. on a Monday and there were 15 to 20people there. Their menu is nice and varied. It goes from traditional breakfast teams, to pancakes, Benedict?s, omelet?s,skillet?s, biscuits and gravy, etc.. really attentive waitstaff, courteous and knowledgeable. After getting some coffee, Iordered the three meat omelet bacon, ham, sausage with hash browns and marbled rye toast. Within ten minutes I was eating. Itwas fresh, hot and really tasty, especially the rye toast, it seems to me at least that it?s kind of hard to find in a lot ofrestaurants around here. The portions were above average for sure and it?s nice to feel that you are getting your money?s worthyou know. You can see into the kitchen that?s just behind a small divider wall so you know exactly what is going on, which isalso nice. The prices are in a good place, especially these days when cost keep going up. For my breakfast three meat omelet, hash browns, toast and coffee came to 15.57, which I believe is very fair for the amount and quality I received. So to wrapthis up, if you are around this area come on over and give Mimi?s a try, I believe you will throughly enjoy this place, theatmosphere and people. Everyone stay safe out there.
Mimi's Star Cafe is small cozy breakfast/brunch restaurant with good tasting quality food at great prices. The menu has a good variety of food options. The best perk about this restaurant is the staff, which are always friendly and welcoming. I woulddefinitely recommend this place to eat. FYI Please try the fresh squeezed orange juice.????
