What User likes about Kosta's Cafe:
Kosta's is in the middle of the small Dalmeny shops across from the main Dalmeny Beach. It opens early morning to mid afternoon. It does a great bacon and egg roll and hamburger, all which are reasonably priced. The coffees have many fans. We also have breakfast there about once a month.
