"I have lunch in small talk frequently and I’m used to it being busy . Today was no exception . However the attitude of the waitering staff has definitely gone down hill . Firstly when asked to stand out side we stood on the apparently) wrong side and my partner and I were ordered like cattle to stand on the other side . We dutifully stood for 10 mins waiting for a table . Soon the window table became available and my partner asked if we could sit here . At this point a part of 3 or 4 had arrived and my partner was rudely told ‘no you can wait for a table that sits 2 to become available’ The larger party were then taken before us and we were left to stand outside . Now I know small talk and I know just how small the ‘small’ 2 seater tables are . My partner is a large guy larger people are more comfortable at larger tables ! Anyway at this point we felt rather annoyed and choose to leave . I do understand that establishments want to maximise their profits and have maximum numbers per tables however if his doesn’t give them cart blanche to be rude and totally revoke a request for a table . It’s a shame that they are employing staff with these attitudes as the food is always first class ."

"Just been for a lovely meal with my wife and 2 kids (3 and 5 years old). It was very nice and the service was great. Portion size was good and the man helped us with ordering as we didn't want anything too spicy for our children. We are currently on holiday at the Park Dean nearby and would recommend this place as a treat for tea one evening. Thanks"

"They have a thing about trying to power trip customers. On more than one occasion I've made my order at the drive thru, proceeded to pay to then be ordered like a school child to park round the corner. A server then arrives at the window with the order within seconds of me switching my engine off. This is completely pointless other than to tell people what to do for the sake of it. It's also a total waste of staff resources to have them make repeated needless trips to the carpark when waiting an extra few seconds at the hatch would be enough."

"I have to give this place a 5 because the food was absolutely yummy! One of the best places i've ate out of actually. I tried the mac and cheese which I've ate so many time however the Harbour Lights definitely makes it best!! The toffee pudding sundae was also to die for. My fave meal ever"

"What a wonderful experience. eating, atmosphere and personal were all excellent. they can say that they really care about authentic eating, coupled with authentic people. the menu was precise and varied with comprehensible descriptions and eating was delicious. when they go there, they try something different from their usual ones! when I could not choose between menu items, the beautiful lady gave me her personal preference and asked me to my personal taste. cordial thanks to herrn balbir, who was very friendly and friendly during our visit. another great thanks to all the employees who obviously take care of their guest experience. just what I would say is to get a grip on their Google page! the number that is displayed when they google the place does not go anywhere, and the directions on Google cards do not lead them to the entry (the around the back)."
