i came in too place an order, despite the fact other people waiting for food, and large numbers of Krystal's being order, the 2 staff working was very prompt with taking my order and apologized several times for my wait and was zooming to get the orders and customers out in timely fashion.. hard working people it was big girl and colored feller read more.

"I was looking forward to eating from the bar/kitchen for a few months and was disappointed in the flavor of my meal, especially for the price. But the service on both sides was outstanding, they had a cool little rural grocery shop, and I would definitely be willing to try their meat specials, they look like a great deal good quality cuts."

"The service was good, the food hot and fresh. I gave a five star to the cashier/manager. She is an excellent customer service person. I didn't get her name but her tag said manager.
