This location has the best customer service in the entire Bay Area. I love Starbucks so I go to any Starbucks whenever I can but I come back to this one due to the service. They care about my order and always ask me if it tastes good and if not they tell me they can remake it. Today I went to Starbucks with my daughter and saw it was a free red cup for every single hand-crafted drink. We bought 3 drinks and the barista told me that we were only getting one red cup. Next time Starbucks should not mislead customers. View all feedback.
