"We had had dinner in Cedric Burtin's Amaryllis in and recently returned, with our Pass sanitaire'. I think we slightly preferred the menu four years ago, although the foie gras starter was very good and the local trout even better. The remaining dishes were...just good. Service was a little uneven it shows that many restaurants have not been able to recruit back staff of the old guard' from before the first lockdowns in early The wine list is great and offers some relative bargains such as a Meursault Coche Dury Rougeots which we had superb and better with every sip..... Cedric Burtin explained to us after the meal how he smokes his beurre au foin'..... which is pretty addictive butter."

"It’s a restaurant in which I usually go. I have never been disappointed, neither welcome, nor dishes and even less of the atmosphere, but I must admit that tonight we were served by Maxime, who is just GENIAL. Thanks to him for this excellent service, it made us the evening even more beautiful than it was already. The best restaurant in Chalon without any hesitation!"

"Arrived by boat on the river, looked around the main square but were uninspired, then we found this little gem. It was quite busy for a Thursday night, full of locals which is always a good sign. The staff were very friendly, the menu featured...the local speciality fish dish which was excellent. There was a wide selection of French wines available to drink in or taken out all sourced from friends of the owner. We ate at 7, after our meal the owner and his wife joined us for a chat and a glass of cremant, we got away at 11. What a great night couldn't fault a thing"

"After two years of half confinement no exits or restaurant) found this establishment with a new chef.A real treat for our taste buds. everything was perfect inventive and tasteful. Congratulations to the chef so. warm welcome, quick service and applied. one desire to come back and make our friends discover. perfect sandal net and beef with very tender bites. choice of wise wine with glass. and beautiful wine in bottle.
