"Cocktails were amazing . Beer cold . BUT ! The food omg . So so so not worth the money . My daughter came after us and ordered a chips which was fine . The garlic bread was literally 2 x pieces of cut long loaf with garlic butter for $12.90 I was so shocked ! Will never eat here again ."

"A customer had brought me here when I last visited karratha, which turned out to be a good experience. this time I was waiting for a menu, then after ordering my meal and a drink, I waited for over 20 minutes to get the drink and when it appeared, it was not the beer I ordered. after my main meal no one came back to see if everything was in order with the meal. I had to fly the waitress to ask for the menu and another drink. When I asked about the dessert menu, the waitress said I would wait a past that disserts me from the order of one. this place needs more personal and they need to be better trained. I would accept it if the restaurant was busy, but it wasn't."

"We went for the dessert as a holiday treat ended up with chocolate box to share, waffles and Pork Don !! It all tasted amazing, felt like I was sitting in a trendy cafe in Perth, loved the big windows outlook to the quarter gardens... food and service awesome !! Hoping they have some outdoor seating in winter.."

"First time eating at the mermaid and we went for the Sunday $30 buffet. We are food from 6pm to 8:20pm. The food was amazing, fresh and tasted beautiful. The staff were super friendly and continuously bringing our more fresh food options!"
