"Exceptional service with phenomenal food. Vincent (the waiter spent time to explain the menu and generally make you feel very special. The food has to be the best we have tasted (pretty much world wide! An absolute must if you are in the area a true hidden gem!"

"Beautiful plates, copiers, and a nice service. On the other hand, very surprised to be in a hurry to arrive before 8pm, hurry to finish his dishes, to settle the note, to get out of the restaurant, at 10pm ringing with the owner's eagerness to make his crate... for a Saturday night?? Too bad, it left us an unpleasant impression Following your kind response, the world is changing, not just that of restoration. Proof of this, we can use Google to send our opinion. If you're so quick to answer, you've understood it well. And I see that you make it widely used. Next time, let your customers know that your service ends at 10pm when booking it will avoid this type of comment. All the more damaging because for the rest it was indeed and that your staff was pleasant."

"A good address on the road between Niort and La Rochelle. Small nice menu (buffet dish entry dessert or wine cheese) 14.5€. Always a selection of 3 or 4 dishes in the formula (pareil en dessert). We settle at a small table (2/4 pers) or at the long tables of 20! The atmosphere is warm that it is with staff and customers. In short the real atmosphere of road gastro as we find, unfortunately, less and less. Thanks to the team for this good time."

"We had a blast. Bravo to the boss behind the stove. We would have liked him to come see us to congratulate him. At first looking at the map we weren't very tempted but we said we'd see. Butternut puree and roast pork... A treat! These dishes which seem so common have really been sublimated. The waiters are fast and efficient (no endless waiting) and very friendly despite a full restaurant. We will come back Food: 5"

"It's the restaurant we have to do around here. refined and very well presented. A more than correct price. Especially compared to others in the area and quality of products. You won't be disappointed. The waitress asks for a little more experience but she does what she can. Menu at 18€50. A copyy and very good entry. A succulent and copied resistance dish. A dessert, idem. Possible menu. At the end of the meal, the boss and cook comes to see her guests. We can see that it's a pawn. Don't hesitate, go there. You won't find any better around here. The area is beautiful and quiet, next to the canals."

"We had gone to this restaurant many years ago and were glad to find the time to enjoy the delicious possibilities again.This restaurant has all of the best-known elements: ambience, a well-considered menu, location and, most importantly of all, a name which is easily remembered. The French love to shorten words where possible. So, restaurant becomes resto or in this case Le Resto. Make sure you leave a lot of time to enjoy your meal. Then go and enjoy Niort, which is just as charming as Le Resto!"
