Rosy needs an update. The menu is basic and hits too many cuisine types. Jack of all and mastee of none. It really feels like the quality has gone down. I had the pretzel pastrami sandi. The bun was good and the pastrami was decent, but it tasted like kielbasa.... strange. Nothing special.
