"The food is good, but I'm kind of done ordering from them. Ordered food at 7:25pm. They said it'd be delivered at 8:35pm. 70 minutes is a long time to wait, but whatever. 8:45 rolls around and the food has not arrived. Call the store and they say the delivery driver is just getting back from a run and my food will be there within 15 minutes. 20 minutes later, no food. Call the store again. They say the driver is out and food will be there in 5 minutes. The food arrived almost 15 minutes after that. All said and done, it took just under 2 hours to get a relatively small order delivered on a Tuesday night. This is far from the first time I've had an experience like this with Minzu. I don't mind waiting for food, but I don't like when I'm lied to."

"I moved here from Vermont at the end of October and somehow found this place. I am allergic to milk and other random foods so eating vegan is simpler for me. Tonight I ordered for her spring rolls, Setain, Curry Samosas, vegan Cheescake and a Mr. Cooler juice. Everything was fresh and delicious! I am so happy to have found such great local vegan noms near home! If you are ever in Woburn, you will definitely make this place one of your stops. You will let a happy heart and a full stomach survive!"

"As a fan favorite of this local restaurant that offers more then gourmet pizza with great steak tips, tacos and mouth watering burgers too big to fit in your mouth. I am remiss this is my first review after being a regular for years. For those familiar with the area we would normally grab a bite to eat before heading next door to the showcase theater (reminiscing before Amazon was built). The Mac Daddy is a must try however after trying the majority of the menu any option will not disappoint. Dominica runs a tight ship and is always a welcoming waitress, bartender as well as a gracious host. Highly recommended as a must try if you’re in the area, with the nice weather coming the patio was built out a few years ago and is a great place to enjoy good food with great company."

"I used to like this place, but over time the owner has gotten cheaper and less friendlier. The food has gotten progressively tasteless. They keep changing the dishes and making it worse. They use a lot of vinegar. Food I used to love, I can't order again because it just is nasty. I had to throw out a couple of dishes because it was not what I expected or used to.I recently placed an order: the soup was watery. I received the wrong order, but the owner refused to acknowledge that they made a mistake and they blamed me for placing the wrong order in the first place... I WILL NOT BE GOING BACK AGAIN!!The restaurant responded to my review above and said I reviewed the wrong restaurant. How insulting! I reviewed the correct restaurant. This is exactly how they treated me when I called. They denied my complaint about the wrong order I received telling me that it was not them. You cannot deny someone's experience. This is a clear demonstration of how they treated me. Own up to it and treat your customers right!"

"I had a very nice açaí shot, but my friend had a insidious queen. It was serious to see the most sad thing, with hardly cheese, too much food yeast and soggy onions. Much too dizzy and sad for $8... I would say be careful what you order here!!!!"

"Chicken parm sub. Best chicken parm in the area. Anthony uses real chicken slices, not chicken fingers and makes his own sauce on the right path. Also a big fan of his aubergines parm basically serving baked eggplant parm in a role, not only some roasted eggplant with sauce drizzled on, and his meatball sub can not really beat homemade meatballs."
