Love this place. The sandwiches are great. The coffee is great and the employees are damn hard workers. I stop every shift I have. Literally ALL of the people who work at this location do a great job.ALSO! The landscaping!! Holy cow the landscaping! PLUS 10/10 sunrise over the water. read more.

Employees are extremely rude.. I placed a mobile order for two orders of double espresso shots in which they decided to add them together. No biggie, but when I pointed it out the woman started getting loud with me about it and told me I was wrong and had to specify in the online app.. even though it specifically says two orders which should mean two separate cups. The best Dunkin in the north shore,atmosphere amazing way and above the average location, they have a koi pond come on now,and a waterfront view,it's a Michelin...

"The food is good, but I'm kind of done ordering from them. Ordered food at 7:25pm. They said it'd be delivered at 8:35pm. 70 minutes is a long time to wait, but whatever. 8:45 rolls around and the food has not arrived. Call the store and they say the delivery driver is just getting back from a run and my food will be there within 15 minutes. 20 minutes later, no food. Call the store again. They say the driver is out and food will be there in 5 minutes. The food arrived almost 15 minutes after that. All said and done, it took just under 2 hours to get a relatively small order delivered on a Tuesday night. This is far from the first time I've had an experience like this with Minzu. I don't mind waiting for food, but I don't like when I'm lied to."
