I don’t know who the people that own this place got working in there but the racist comments that were just made to me will not slide. We ordered two salads to go and they tried to act like we were going to rob them. The lady who answered the phone said to another coworker “Don’t LEAVE FROM RIGHT HERE UNTIL I CLOSE THIS REGISTER”. "I'm glad that I read the reviews about how to find this restaurant. Definitely would have had trouble. We are here on business and decided to eat somewhere new for both lunch and dinner each day so we are trying several places. This restaurant seems to be in a sketchy area of town and my husband wondered where I was taking him. It was sooooo worth it! Our server Jesse was wonderful! Very friendly, attentive and gave us great suggestions. I would highly recommend this restaurant. Oh, and the salad dressing was unexpected and really good."

"We came in for out of town to visit the casino. Wanted a nice meal to start our day. Found Cotton at Riverside Mill and it sounded perfect. We were seated quickly at a booth that was crammed up against a wall and too small, we moved to a table near the window, which was much better. Our waiter came right over, took our drink order. Drink came and we ordered our meals. Two of us had a salad , the other two ordered a sandwich. 30 minutes later, one salad arrived. In a few minutes, another salad arrived. Five more minutes one sandwich arrived. Now the last person was without food. We asked about his sandwich and they admitted they had to remake it because they accidentally prepared it wrong. His meal came easily ten minutes later. The fries we undercooked and his sandwich was lackluster at best. The chef came over to apologize for the long wait. Must have been pretty common practice because he wasn’t bothered. Two salads and two sandwiches. An hour and a half. $50 plus tip per couple. Too slow to consider coming back. Poor service , if it continues, will kill this venue."
