Officially done with this Starbucks. I've gone to this location exclusively for about two years. The past 6 times they've made my Carmel frappe wrong and they were so rude today. I don't know if this location got new hires or if their old hired just no longer care but I'm over it and so are many locals. View all feedback.

Slowest Starbucks in the area. Easily a 15 min wait for a reg drip. During peak hours, 40 min wait.
