"This is the best little hidden shop. I missed out last year and did not get here...... it will be a must from now on..... I love their homemade cone and their gelato............... I never eat all of my icecream....but this was extremely delicious easy on the tummy and was a instant- inside my head thinking Iwas instantly thinking I want more......Yum twister is a great name and if you are in the gulf shores area take advantage and stop by..... you will not be dissapointed...... the quality Is on point, service wonderful, and storefront clean..... and again Deliciously Yumm....."

"The cutest coffee shop! Inside is almost like a boutique with jewelry, drink ware, hats, candles, soap, etc. They not only serve coffee drinks but also food, with everything from biscuits, croissants, bagels, to omelettes and French toast. Their lattes all come with 2 shots of espresso regardless of size. We ordered a medium iced caramel latte and a small iced honeybee latte, which has toasted marshmallow syrup and honey. My boyfriend also ordered a sausage and cheese biscuit. The biscuit itself is huge, fluffy, and flaky. A perfect biscuit! It was very good. I got the cinnamon roll. I brought it home and heated it up in the microwave for 20 seconds and it was HEAVENLY. So soft and gooey and delicious. I already want to go back for another. If you’re going to get anything, get the cinnamon roll!!"

"What a great combination of a retail store but also a coffee house. Very good place to meet friends, family, and even on a date. Yummy coffee and delicious treats. It's also a perfect place to find a gift or something fun for your home There's also sitting outside. Would definitely recommend if you are in the area."

"I went to The Sloop with 6 people. I couldn’t have been happier with all aspects of our visit. I had a Bloody Mary that was pretty impressive. My partner and I both got the steak nachos, which neither he nor I regretted. You know how sometimes you get nachos and the toppings are just piled on top and there is nothing on the bottom chips? Yeah, not these! They were so good. Everyone in our group enjoyed their food. Our servers/bartenders were really cool. They were friendly and fun. We had a great time with them. As far as the establishment, it was everything a dive bar should be. It had such great energy. And bonus, there were police and other first responder patches hanging on the wall. As a group of off-duty police, fire, and EMS from all over the gulf coast region, we appreciated the support that The Sloop displayed. We will absolutely be back!"

"Beautiful view of ocean and fun to see boats go by. Locals are very nice and so are the staff. Food was so good it sent me to the heavenly sky view. Best place to visit when you're on vacation. I want to LIVE at this place."
