Had lunch here the other day, the restaurant was quite busy so not a great example of social distancing. We ordered and found a table. Service was reasonably prompt. Again no one was particularly conscious of distancing as we ate our meal. We could see no attempt at crowd control which was disappointing. Finally the amenities here were not up to par. What User doesn't like about Macdonalds:
I've been here a few times recently and the carpark is often full to overflowing, and the drive thru queues are so long they often obstruct entry to the whole area. It's especially bad on weekends. Go the KFC or Jimmy Fox if eating in Dapto, or find another Maccas View all feedback.
Once again, I am disappointed with the Dapto McDonald’s. Despite recent renovations, their soft serve machine continues to disappoint. This morning, I visited the drive-thru only to find that soft serve caramel sundaes and salted caramel frappes were unavailable, just like they have been for the past year. This ongoing issue at the Dapto McDonald’s needs to be addressed by the head office/CEO. It is frustrating and unacceptable. I will not hesitate to publicly criticize Dapto McDonald's and urge the head office to take action. The store in Dapto, NSW seems to be thriving, so I challenge McDonald’s head office to provide an explanation for this ongoing problem.
This is the worst coffee I've ever had. I ordered a caramel latte, but it didn't taste anything like one. They really need to learn how to make coffee properly.
I was missing almost half of my order and when I approached the female manager, she was yelling at her employees in a very unpleasant manner. No one should be treated like that in any workplace. Her name tag read Nicola (possibly a different spelling, not entirely sure), but she rudely grabbed the bag from my hand and displayed absolutely no customer service. Due to this experience, I will not be returning to this restaurant.
7 times in 6 months I have had a bad experience missing items or sloppy food pretty sad mcdonald's do not recommend
Items missing from drive thru order even though I was told everything was there, by rude staff who need to be trained in customer service.
