That's a casual Indian eater, and it's okay. I am an Indian american, so my standards are quite high, so they take my assessment with a grain salt. my paper masala dosa was not as thin as it should be, and I felt like all chutneys and dal felt something prepared. all mittai (dessert) looked very fresh, although I did not try. it is not very friendly either. on the flip side it is cost-effective relatiw.
