I went in to redeem one of those free ice coffees with my Dunkin’ app and the guy who waited on me lost the order and my 900 points were still taken and I got nothing. The other morons tried looking for it on the register computer but nothing. Either they’re lying to cover up a friends mistake or they’re all retarded. View all feedback.
