We ordered an assortments of breakfast and lunch foods to sort of make a brunch style bar. The team that showed up to set up was wonderful. PCC catered for my 150 attendee full day conference, providing us with everything from breakfast to lunch and two snack breaks. As someone based in the UK who was organising this remotely for Philadelphia, I'm amazed by how good the comms were. Extremely detailed and thorough, the brilliant Lisa was so helpful in the entire process. On the day, Ed and his team were efficient and precise in timing. All our attendees loved the food! I am so happy that I worked with Philadelphia Catering Company for my conference and I will be recommending them to everyone looking for local caterers. Amazing value for money and great service and communication all round.
Phila Catering Co. Separates out allergen containing boxes and has multiple inspection processes to verify that your catering order is vegan/gluten free friendly!
Thank you for the delicious food! The menu was on point. I’m not typically into tofu but PCC has converted me. Their on-site staffing was exceptional as well. Highly recommend!

These guys go above and beyond! I had a three day event to plan with six different dietary restrictions that they accommodated beautifully. They assisted with parts of the event that were really not their responsibility. I regret not getting a photo of the beautiful hors d’oeuvres reception they put on for us. Everything was tasty and presented very eloquently. It looked like we spent a ton of money but it was a very fair price. They provided breakfast lunch and dinner for three days 150 people and didn’t miss a beat. Oh! And patient! I also changed our plans a countless number of times! Thank you, Megan, Allen, and Team! You guys were tremendous.
