Called in and ordered milkshakes at 7:45, was told it would be 15 minutes. Showed up at 8:03, and there was a large group ordering. They made 2 other group’s orders while we were waiting. When i went back up to the desk to ask if they were making our milkshakes, the lady said that they were call-in orders that she had made, which was not the case, they had walked in and ordered.
