Anchor Wings - Darien Center

Not good. Address off the website took us to 6 flags. Is it in 6 flags? We dont know because 6 flags was closed. Website says this place is open daily .. so what do I do next? I call them of course. But they dont fucking answer.

Yes, you can get real, original Frank Theresa's Buffalo chicken wings in 6-Flags Darien Lake amusement park! This location is seasonal and open only when 6-Flags is open. It has a limited menu designed for fast service. It can be VERY busy! There is beer on tap. If you hang out till park closing you will see lots of people with take-out containers from the Anchor Bar. This is one of several locations serving beer at 6-Flags. On Fridays, they has been beer-tasting. There is also a patio bar serving mixed drinks by the Beaver Brothers restaurant.

So this location is inside Six Flags Darien Lake which is totally awesome because it brings some of the best food inside this park! They accept your Six Flags Dinning Pass here and that's what's totally good as who doesn't love some yummy wings especially when it's the place that invented them! My wings were perfect I got the medium sauce the original flavor and I totally enjoyed every bite of them they were cooked perfectly and just super flavorful all a round goodness especially with that blue cheese sauce! My friend ordered a salad with the Buffalo chicken on top it too came on the Dinning Pass and it was a crispy chicken with the medium sauce on it as well it was perfectly yummy she totally enjoyed all of it so much so it left us saying that this was one of the best things I've ever gotten on Dinning Pass at Six Flags! No locations at any Six Flags Park accept cash anymore so you have to use the machine to exchange your cash for a visa gift card to use so plan accordingly! Overall super yummy wings and just an awesome addition to an amazing and delicious day at the park!

Such a huge disappointment for one of the most well known wing places in Buffalo. Specifically the Darien Lake location. I'm giving two stars because the person taking the order was kind. Other than that, the $20 price tag for way way way over done less-than-meaty wings was actually more costly than Disney for 1/8th of the quality. Never again.

These boneless chicken wings were the worst I have ever had. They were served cold and every bite was tough. To make matters worse, we waited 30 minutes for our 2 orders only to find out they hadn't even been placed yet. This place is a joke - go anywhere else but here.
