Had a nice meal here tonight, (beef stew, mash & veges, $14.50) just the thing on a cold winters night, very friendly & quick service, nice warm hotel, very family friendly. Would definitely eat here again. View all feedback.

Went here for lunch and ordered roast of the day which was beef. well what a mistake that was. The meat was that dry the gravy didn't even soften it up. Wouldn't recommend going here for a meal. Plenty of other places to go for a roast. View all feedback.
Visited for the first time. Menu was extensive and meals good price. Good service and especially good food. I'll go.
Always loved to come here! Good food. Love the heating, and the outside TV is a bonus! The staff has a good sense of humor. And the girls are often friendly.
We were in Toowoomba for the Festival. We were staying around the corner in Newtown. We ordered one Guinness Pie, One Pie of the Day, one Salt and Pepper calamari and two pork roasts. Food was fine but it did not all come out together...which was frustrating. We had to remind one of the waiters that we were still waiting for one roast. So we would return but please bring out all the food at the same time.
Staff were very good, food was about what I expected...very standard pub fare, salmon was way overcooked (luckily salmon is edible however its done) seafood basket was just average...very casual atmosphere....good staff saved the night...
Good old pub grub with the extra trimmings but not the extra price! Huge meal sizes, tasty food, great price and great service. We will be back.
