This is the original Maltese Cafe of Sydney with a wide variety of traditional Maltese pastries. Unfortunately EVERY pastry contains ANIMAL FAT!!! Yes animal fat, most likely from pork! In this day and age I find it hard to believe that a pastry maker of any kind still adds animal fat to pastries.
