Ordered a takeaway as Visiting Darlington...the food was cold,bland and the ribs were just bone! No meat at all,very dried up.The sauce was also cold.On ringing them up we were told there was nothing they could do as we didn't ring them straight back? All went in the bin!...not a way to handle a complaint when spending £30 on substandard food...thank you for your excellent customer service..not!! read more.
