I went to this restaurant with my friends for lunch last week, and actually went twice. We had a delicious meal followed by homemade Victoria sponge and coffee. We enjoyed sitting upstairs, watching the activity on High Row while eating amazing food and drinking fabulous coffee. The service was excellent and the owner was very attentive. If you've never been, why spend 50% more at a more well-known cafe for inferior coffee and food when Rosie's is open?
