read moreThe Bay Horse Restaurant offers a mixed experience for diners, with some praising its cozy ambiance and friendly staff. Patrons enjoy hearty meals, particularly the homemade steak pie and chicken parmo, which consistently receive high marks for flavor and portion size. However, there are notable criticisms, including inconsistencies in food quality—particularly concerning overcooked meats and unappetizing desserts—as well as a lack of cleanliness and ambience issues due to flies and spider webs. While some guests describe it as a lovely spot worth revisiting, others leave feeling unimpressed and questioning the restaurant's overall standards.
