Costa Coffee - Feedback

This is my favourite Costa which I visit a lot. I popped in 2 days ago for a quick coffee and sandwich. I ordered an americano coffee and an egg mayonnaise sand...

The only problem with this Costa is that they cannot deal with the queues either poor staff or insufficient staff. Once served coffee is good.

A very friendly and clean Costa but not enough staff available. Queues out of the door and staff run off their feet.

Popped in for a coffee/ tea and a portion of toast whilst waiting for the shops in the retail park to open. Usual level of service and very nicely cooked toast!

I usually come quite often to coffee and snack, maybe once or twice a week, and it is always a pleasant experience. it's a little busy, but it's never crowded....
