Dreadful! Booked previously for Sunday at 18.30 for family birthday celebrations. Only meals available were fish and chips and burgers! So why didn't you let us know? A phonecall would have been good. I made do with soup! Shepherd Neame you should be ashamed of yourselves and so should the wharf manager. None of us will ever be back. Pretty average food, quite expensive for what you get. Service was average, I would not describe the staff as super attentive though.
