What Zakary Fisher doesn't like about Piez Bistro:
Waited over an hour for two pizzas and two of their hamburgers with hobo potatoes, told us 45 minutes into our wait that they only have one potatoe left. Two of us finished the two 12 inch pizzas before the two burgers were brought out. Floor was filthy and wet. They did offer $5.00 forthe poor service, but I would not go back even if the food even was free. View all feedback. What Dario Morissette likes about Piez Bistro:
Great gourmet pizza and I live the peanut butter balls!!! The sauces are home made and the selection is varied and different from the usual pizza joint. Offers gluten free as well for those who need it. View all feedback.

The sauces are homemade and the selection is varied, making it a unique choice compared to the usual pizza joints. The restaurant also offers gluten-free options for those with dietary restrictions. Customers appreciate the local, hand-made pizzas that are not heavy on the carbs, making them perfect for a guilt-free indulgence. Many have raved about the thin crust pizzas, with one reviewer claiming it to be the best they've had in a long time. The open-concept kitchen allows diners to watch their pizzas being made, adding to the overall experience. The small but inviting space has a sunny patio perfect for enjoying the late days of fall. With friendly staff, locally sourced ingredients, and absolutely delicious food, Piez has garnered positive reviews from customers who are eager to return.
