Always drop in here when in Darwin. It is a nice spot to have a cold drink and the meals are good as well. It is one of the better places on Mitchell it is consistent with the quality of food and the staff are pleasant. Have been visiting the Tap every trip to Darwin and it has not disappointed me once. Will be back for a cold drink in a few months' time. read more.

With such an abundance of Barramundi in the region you would think that these guys would make a good battered fish and chips. Instead both the fish and chips were over cooked, the batter was heavy, came apart from the fish when broken, lacked flavour and the portions were small.When informed of my dissatisfaction they couldn't see a problem.
