Verbleef hier in het Hotel en had alleen logies ontbijt geboekt. Bij inchecken vroeg men of ik ook wilde dineren en dan of deelnemen aan buffet (25,00 Euro) of a la carte. Ik koos voor de a la carte optie. Een kleine maar prima kaart, plus in deze tijd van het jaar natuurlijk een extra asperge kaart. Wir wollten an einem Sonntagabend einfach lecker essen gehen. Die 1. Aussage der Kellnerin, auf meine Bitte, uns die Karte zu bringen-gerne, aber essen heute nur vom Buffet. Yesterday at the Jammertal Restaurant for lunch. On our arrival we were very surprised that hardly any guests were present and then ordered the Wiener Schnitzel with Pfifferlingen in Rahm with pommes and salad for 29 euros per serving. The food had a quality from a fast restaurant. The calf carving looked like it was a finished product. The panade was cemented on the meat. No trace of airy bubbles and then completely dry. The salad was dressed on the plate so that the Vinaigrette was connected to the pommes and the carving. The seedlings in Rahm were served by God. After the wine selection, only red or white were asked. After dry or sweet was not asked. Every guest got the wine from the same bottle. The air conditioning was not in operation during the heat.
