What Simone doesn't like about Cafe Maurice:
I was truly disappointed with my experience at Cafe Maurice. I had eaten there in 2008 and had a wonderful experience. I raved about the restaurant to a friend, and since she was in town this weekend, we decided to go. We ordered French Onion soup, which was disgusting. "Just average. Might come back to try other plates. Maybe because I just came back from Italy, the plates seemed to be just average. The ones I would recommend are the risotto of the day (with sea food), the Carpaccio Di ?Wagyu and the Ricotta cheesecheesecake with mixed berries (fresh and not overly sugary). If you like cocktails I would suggest the Elizabeth with Lychee &apple, Zyr Vodka, Aperol, roses, lemon juice. The place is nice and the service was fine. I would give it a second chance."
