The hostess Candela is incredible, very friendly and pleasant to talk to. She was my first impression of the hotel and it was great! Also all the staff are amazing, server Aziz is great! Thank you for an incredible stay.

I stayed for a night during a recent work trip. The property is loaded with character, a perfect home away from home for fellow bookworms as the hotel has a library, board games, cozy seating areas throughout the property. Fritzner and the rest of the team were great upon check-in and the concierge had great recommendations for nearby dining.

My experience at the Betsy Hotel was truly incredible. From check-in to check-out, every aspect was exceptional. The front desk, bellhop, concierge, housekeeping, security, and restaurant staff all demonstrated top-notch hospitality. The Betsy is undoubtedly the pet-friendliest hotel and beach. George and I were genuinely sad to leave. It will be my go-to whenever I’m in Miami. With its impeccable cleanliness, exquisite fine wine, and dining—especially thanks to Aziz—I can’t imagine staying anywhere else. Thank you for providing such an outstanding experience. Perfecto!

The Betsy Hotel was absolutely stunning! The rooms were spacious and clean! The amazing delicious food! The staff made our visit extra special by being so accommodating, friendly, approachable, and genuine! Even had the chance to meet sweet Betsy! We could not of asked for a better stay! This will be our permanent stay when visiting Miami!
