"So first of all a huge congratulations to the owner of Trocadero for opening the second incredible one stop shop for all quality, specialized, and hand prepared meals on the go. I have been supporting Trocadero since they opened over four years ago along with many Dauphinites at the Dauphin Clinic Pharmacy kiosk Cafe Trocadeo. For those of you looking for cheap, and franchise churned out food you will be in for a surprise that will awaken your tastbuds. Trocadero represents Quality coffee beans ground with care, speed and perfection to your request, the best(and I do mean the BEST! coffee in town, none of this franchise coffee you can buy anywhere. The menu of food, cakes , desserts... made in an offsite kitchen by hand. Every recipe perfected for your enjoyment over the last 4 years. I realize that many new patrons will be used to the old business that has operated under 2 separate owners at this location, and nice to see the new owner has incorporated some of the old favorites. I sincerely hope all the locals will open their hearts, tastebuds and wallets to embrace this privately owned and operated business in our beautiful little 'town '(officially a city, with small town appeal ."

"I am particular with coffee so this is more to do with how I would like my coffee. Nothing against the coffee shop. I found the latte a little too sweet, and was a little surprised the cost difference between cinnamon powder and vanilla versus just vanilla. Also the size of the cup, though it was medium it was still a small so the cost of the beverage I felt was a little over price since it wasn't that great. Not sure the syrup brand you get but it felt a little cheap tasting.Please again it's nothing personal just my preference."

"Went here for dinner last week and sat in the Lodge. Loved the Rib Eye Steak Dip Sandwich. We also had a Cascadia Salad with a side of Salmon Both very unique and super tasty. Red Sangria was delicious with seasonal berries. Staff was great! Love the vibe here!"
