What User likes about Pepperplate:
when they long for steak, this place knows how to make irresistible baby back ribs. they also have their rice bowls. good service. pre pandemic this place is also full as it is near poblacion area. we went around 1 o'clock so there are not many people. we ordered chicken teriyaki and their signature baby back ribs (and they can choose a supplement, my friend tried the 3-rice) then fried oreo for dessert.
