"I have stopped here for years when I traveled to spokane and have always received excellent customer service large coffee. today was a completely different experience. when I offered honest feedback on how my coffee of barista responded: “You have to tell me if you want it with only half sweeteners.” After serving for more than 30 years of public service, I was confident that the owner would have been terrible disappointed, I know I am sure."
