Used to visit frequently when the old owners were in charge, which were lovely. When i rang to book afternoon tea (with PREPAID voucher) I was refused because they were given by the old owners and was repeatedly told that because they were running at a loss (very unprofessional) yet they refused to understand that we had already paid £20 for them!
