"Most of the reviews seemed great, so I was confused when I was far less than satisfied with my order. I think it's partly a delivery issue, but also a taste issue. My maple burger , which sounded like a delicious idea at the time, had a completley soggy bottom bun which had just eroded because of the amount of maple syrup used it left the burger soaked and mushy. The hog fries were presented as a luke warn grey mess, the meat had absolutely no colour to it and was completley tasteless unlike the bbq taste described. The chips were also just drenched in this grey/brown moisture from the meat, just gross. The truffle loaded tenders were the only thing edible, and even they were mediocre. Maybe they were just having a bad night when my order came along but I dont think I'll be ordering again."

"After I had expressly asked for no tomaten on a full English breakfast and paid extra for hash browns, my teller arrived in tinted chopped tomaten. when we returned to the kitchen, we heard the cook say, "I can't be disturbed with all this substitution bollocks." we were insulted and not impressed. any device that disregards its customers on this wise does not deserve the business. we asked for our money back and left immediately without eating. in this case was not tomato a personal choice, but if this had been a food allergy problem?"

"Placed an order on just eat. Which got cancelled. So we phoned them up, and placed the order which they accepted, the reason they cancelled was because we lived too far and it would take too long. Bur having just done a charity run and a bit worse for wear, we were more than happy to wait. After all, we'd earnt it! It was out first time ordering from here, as we have just moved near by. We were made to feel unwelcome and a nuisance. We discussed it, and actually cancelled the order ourselves, which I bet they were relieved of. If you didn't want to deliver to us, please take it off off just eat and your website that you deliver to our post code. The reviews you have on just eat are great, and this is the reason we decided to try you. Your food may be That, but the customer service wasn't. We won't be trying to order again, so you won't have to panic !"
